We deliver across Africa however only cover custom charges for Kenya and Uganda. Please view below the Delivery information based on your location.

Delivery to Kenya and Uganda:

We offer a standard delivery service on our website. For express deliveries to Kenya and Uganda please email us at personalshopper@myhqafrica.com with your enquiries. We would use DHL for this but you would be required to cover the costs for the order to the collection or delivery location.

Standard Delivery:

We ship to Kenya and Uganda using courier and postal services. Our standard delivery time scale is approximately  4 weeks as the items are shipped directly from London. Delivery charges are based on location and will be shown at the final stage of checkout stage. The delivery charges to Kenya and Uganda also includes duties and taxes. Delivery charges will be provided at the checkout stage. You will get an email confirming your order and a possible delivery date once despatched.

BACK ORDERS

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Africa excluding Kenya and Uganda( Rest of Africa) :

We will send the parcel via postal service or DHL. The delivery timeline is approximately 2-4 weeks. This is organised by our personal shoppers. You can email them at personalshopper@myhqafrica.com

Shipping charges do not include duties and taxes. By law we are required to to disclose the full value of package contents.
